200 Killed in Kurdish Iraq Village
Over four years. If we’re not protecting the Kurds, at the very least, then what on earth are we doing in Iraq?
The most foreboding thing is that none of these attacks are isolated incidents. It seems that we’re more used to the likes of the D.C. sniper, serial killers, in the U.S. who are just out of their minds independently.
Anyway, I didn’t post this to go on a tirade (which I severely stifled already), but it’s a reminder. While we’re worrying about going back to school and finishing up the summer, this war that has been going on for just about as long as I can remember, is still going on. And I’ll always be confounded trying to figure out who we’re fighting.
